Botswana DOE Uses Mepsy for Impact Analysis and Prioritization | |
| |
Members from the Botswana Department of Energy joined CLASP to learn how Mepsy can help with appliance policy prioritization and impact evaluation.
Following a collaboration to introduce Botswana's first-ever refrigerator and distribution transformer efficiency standards, the DOE wanted to know how they could quantify the ensuing impacts. We also demonstrated how they could use Mepsy to determine which appliances to target next for creating energy efficiency standards.
